Clear Building Management’s head office and administration centre is ideally located in central Manchester to serve a wide geographical area. In addition to our administration centre we also have centrally located bases in other cities including Leeds, Liverpool, Newcastle, Sheffield, and Preston.
To ensure that a high level of service is provided at all times we have a network of approved maintenance and service contractors. These contractors are available 24 hours a day 365 days per year to provide both ongoing scheduled maintenance and emergency works for the residential block developments that we have been appointed as managing agents for. Clear Building Management also ensures that regular inspections of the properties under our management are undertaken to ensure that standards are maintained.
Clear Building Management provide an emergency 24 call service to ensure that issues can be dealt with promptly at all the residential blocks under our management.
