In April 2021 Crystal was launched, this is a new standard in communication between managing agents and suppliers.
It’s designed to fit around your existing work processes rather than forcing you to learn the “workarounds” of multiple managing agents systems.
This system has been designed with your feedback in mind and to ensure we can all work together as smoothly and efficiently as possible.
We will share more with you when your organisation is moved to the new system. In the meantime you may notice that our RFQ’s & PO’s look a little different with more information relevant to you and your teams.
