We were delighted to win the Highly Commended award in the Best Managing Agent of an RMC/RTM Block at the 2018 Property Management Awards.

This was the first time Clear had entered the Property Management Awards and we are pleased that the judges recognised our efforts to put our leaseholders and RMC directors at the heart of everything we do. We understand the pressures faced by RMC directors – we know how hard you work on behalf of your fellow leaseholders and we are proud to deliver a property management service that you trust.
Organised by News on the Block, the Awards took place on Friday 23 November, when 900 property management professionals descended on Finsbury Square for a highly entertaining evening with the theme of ‘Christmas in New York’. The Best Managing Agent of an RMC / RTM Block was thankfully quite early on in the evening, so the Clear team was able to get on with the serious business of celebrating!
The Property Management Awards follows Clear Building Management winning Highly Commended in the ARMA Ace Awards in July 2018.
