Manchester based property management specialists, Clear Building Management, have been announced as a finalist in national awards programme, the ARMA Ace Awards.
ARMA (the Association of Residential Managing Agents) runs the awards to celebrate excellence and exceptional achievement by the UK’s leading residential managing agents, partners and suppliers and the work of their people in improving the lives of thousands of leaseholders across the country.
Following a rigorous judging process by a panel of independent property industry judges, Clear Building Management was announced on 4 June as one of six finalists in the ‘Medium Sized Managing Agent of the Year’ category.
Ian Hollins, director of Clear said:
“We are delighted to be shortlisted in these prestigious awards and, as the only managing agent to be based outside of London and the South East, we are proud to be flying the flag for Manchester and the North West.
“Since launching Clear Building Management in 2015, we have focused on organic growth that would allow us to maintain an impeccable property management service to existing customers. In the three years since 2015, this has translated into over 60 blocks under management, with a high level of customer referrals and 100% customer retention.
“We are proud that Clear is rapidly becoming one of the most trusted brands in property management – on both a regional and national basis.”
Dr Nigel Glen, ARMA CEO, added:
“The quality of entries has been outstanding, setting the standard for companies that wish to be recognised for achieving excellence, best practice in their field, and ultimately leading to the improvement in the lives of leaseholders.”
The results of the ARMA Ace Awards will be announced at London’s Tobacco Dock on Friday 6 July.
