Clear Building Management has been announced as a finalist in the Customer Service category at the Property Management Awards 2022.
We are thrilled to have been recognised in the national Property Management Awards 2022, organised and run by industry title News on the Block.
Open to all professional organisations that offer services within the residential leasehold property sector, the Customer Service Award category was judged by Dr Nigel Glen, executive chair at The Property Institute (TPI), Tracey Hartley, chief operating officer at Cortland UK, and Ian Fletcher, director of policy (real estate) at BPF.
Finalists were shortlisted based on the following judging criteria:
- The ability to demonstrate how any customer service problems over the last 12 months have been debugged
- Being able to show examples of going above the call of duty for customers
- Having a clear and effective communication process leading to a high level of service
- Referencing specific examples of challenges met and overcome with leaseholders and/or clients
